Learn the basics
Knitting is a cheap and easy hobby that you can quickly learn and achieve stunning results. To start learning to knit, you need to learn the basics first, such as how to cast on the stitches and how to cast them off. You'll also need to learn how to do two basic stitches, knit and purl. Watch the videos that will show you how to cast on and how to start the basic stitches. Practise something simple like a scarf or knit some squares to sew together as a cushion cover until you feel confident enough to start learning more elaborate stitches.
